North High School is a public high school in Eastlake, Ohio. It is 1 of 2 high schools in the Willoughby-Eastlake City School District. Its rival is South High School, which is the other high school in the district.

North currently has an enrollment of approximately 1500 students. The current principal is Jennifer Chauby and the assistant principals are Dave Miller and Steve Hertrick.

The school symbol for North was "The Ranger" up through the mid-90's, retired largely due to the ranger having hand on holster, at which time North changed to its current symbol, the Star with school name written in it.
